Business Policies
| Terms | Customers who have established credit with Eddi's Wholesale will receive terms of Net 20th of the month following the date of invoice. Overdue accounts are to bear interest at the rate of 2% per month. All returned cheques will be charged a $15.00 handling fee. A valid Business License is required to purchase at wholesale prices. | |||||||||
| New Accounts | To establish credit, simply fill out the credit application and return it to us. Terms will be COD until credit application has been approved. Please provide satisfactory Trade References. | |||||||||
| Prices | Al prices are subject to change without notice. We have attempted to provide you with the most up to date prices at the time of our Catalog publication. All pricing discrepancies should be reported immediately to our office. Our GST number: R101568186. Our prices do not include GST. | |||||||||
| Returns | No returns are accepted without prior authorization from our office, All returns are subject to a 20%restocking charge, unless the goods are defective. We ask that the goods be in a saleable condition - clean, packing intact, and pricing stickers removed without defacing the products. | |||||||||
| Claims | Merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition. All claims for shortages or damages of goods delivered by our trucks must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship clay products and attempt to package it to reduce the breakage rate, however we will not guarantee clay against breakage. Claims for merchandise shipped by common carrier should be made to the transport company. | |||||||||
| Warranty | Other than warranties expressed directly by the manufacturer, Eddi's Wholesale makes no claims as to the suitability or endurance of the products. | |||||||||
| Delivery | For local delivery via our vehicles we require a minimum order of $200.00. An additional handling charge of $10.00 will be applied to orders less than $200.00. A minimum order value of $100.00 is required on all orders to be picked up. | |||||||||
| Okanagan | Orders over $400.00 will be shipped pre-paid, otherwise FOB Surrey. | |||||||||
| Kootenays | Orders over $600.00 will be shipped pre-paid, otherwise FOB Surrey. | |||||||||
