Soils, fertilizers, rock, bark, growing mediums and other large low value items will be processed higher than catalogue price when shipping outside of the BC lower mainland. To confirm pricing on bulk items please contact our office or your sales rep.
While receiving your order, it is absolutely critical that the order is inspected for damage. Any damages MUST be noted on the waybill. Damages incurred during shipping which are not noted on the Waybill will NOT qualify for credit. Your invoice should be on the outside of the pallet. If you cannot see your invoice, the pallet has likely been tampered with or broken down by the freight company.
